Excellent movie, the script was well writen and its nicely animated, the jokes were funny overall and the character designs were cool and not stereotypical or boring :D They did keep me interested... BUT I think they lack some charisma and expression, specially the main guy, he was always with that same tone of voice and face, and that one thing did get me a bit bored. I think you have to work a bit more to define the characters' personalities

Other than that, it was excellent, you did a great work!! Also, a recomendation: In later chapters, you should start adding more side stories, maybe with the dad an mom or their friends etc, you might had tought about it already, but remember to make them good :D thats all. Hope to see more from you!

You have improved alot in your animation, from your character movements to your backgrounds, they're prettier than ever :) The sound effects were great, very varied. The voices were good too, exept at the end, they lost a bit of emotion there. The lipsyncing was excellent, but the character's expressions could have used some work, they barely moved their eyes or eyebrows, almost seemed like robots...

The only animation mistake i noticed was the background clouds' loop, it suddently stops for half a second and restarts.

Great work here, hope to see more from you ;D

At LAST we get something worth of its score! this is excellent, i like the world you just did, it had so much atention in the background details and stuff, it looked very nice :D yet, i wish it was longer and had more stuff going on, it just feels too incomplete. i could easily count the actions in it :(

The music was great, very fitting :) im glad you choose audio portal songs, its great to give NG musicians some spotlight!

i hope to see more from this monster and from you :D you're very good!

Another generic sonic-esque hedgehog with a different color as a character, mixed backgrounds from different games, some DBZ sounds, no own art whatsoever, not even custom sprites... this has been done before. and you left it incomplete for no reason since there was no deadline.

try harderrr next time :3 and make it longer and with a better plot.

This looks very proffesional, more than any other anime series i have seen (which i dont like much by the way, but this one's good enough :D)

You did a great job with the camera angles, and decent work with the character animation, and overall its good, BUT theres much stuff you can improve, like:

- The backgrounds: they are lazily made, like just a couple of lines and solid colors. you should add shadows and details. i specially hated the last backgrounds from this chapter, they were just an open field with solid squares at the background, no real scene. work on them :)

-The character designs: I HATE stereotypical anime characters, and in this case, they all look alike exept for color changes. I wouldnt had complained if they were at least nicely designed, but MOST of your character haircuts are very ugly and lazy. I'm exagerating a bit, i cant help it... but seriously, work a bit more on them.

- Facial expressions: just move the eyes and eyebrows a bit, or make them blink so they dont look so much like robots.

The voices were great, i specially liked the dialogue at the end, it even has a message :) great work, hope to see more from you!

I like how you combine the movie with a couple of minigames, i've seen it before but not implemented in such a good way... Yet, i think the story is just WAY too cheesy, i dont know if its on purpose but, the random appearances of videogame characters, and the super overused DBZ dialogue and sounds... its just not original...

also, the battle sequences are like SUPER exagerated, like sonic goes and takes his sword out and while hes in sayan mode phase 9 hes suspended in time giving punches and sword hits and running and then his kamekameha and super explosion and...

K its just me, i just dont like it being so exagerated cause i've seen this kind of stuff for a long time in NG. The minigames are great tho. the story, personally, isnt :C

you definitely need to work with human shapes tho. Darnell's arm is all like flexed while hes shooting. that doesnt make sense, people stretch their arms forward when they're going to shoot. your animation is decent, it looks like you'll be able to improve much :)

so here we have Gamer Tonight - Monster Training, another flash movie about videogames and part of its own series with a score of 4.3 and a review average of 9.5... seems a bit overrated.

ok so i like this series, i like videogame parodies, this one is nicely done even if its a bit short and dumb. its definitely audience appealing and very well done for the short time you had to do these for TV.

nice work, id like something new tho.
